Sunday May 10,2009 Solo Ride
Once again solo nanaman ako. Sorry guys, I was not able to join you to Caliraya. Will explain why when we see each other.
Took off at 6:30 from shell/pugon Marcos Highway. On the way up,still in Cogeo, a jeep was dangling high up in the air on the sidewalk from a tree and/or the cable wires. Also a lamp post was dangling close to it. Didn't bother to stop, seems the accident happened way earlier before I saw it.
The mountain was clear going up. Had breakfast at Pranjetto and headed down.
The was another solo rider on a big sportster I caught up with. I tailed him, seems he was practicing for a race for every corner he was weight shifting. Tailed him til he asked me to pass him by. Didn't see him again, I was probably a nuisance to his practice.
It was a quickie ride. left the house at 6 and got home 8:30. Man , it was fun to ride with somebody(eventhough he was an unwilling/unsuspecting ride buddy) in front of you. You need not worry much about turns coz you could see clearly how the curvature would angle out just by looking at the rider ahead of you.
